Features designed to help
The interface includes keyboard focus indicators, labelled controls, skip navigation, responsive layouts and status messages that use words and icons as well as colour. Invalid form entries have explanations beside the affected fields. Public information pages work without JavaScript.
Use browser zoom and keyboard navigation as needed. Wide accounting tables may scroll horizontally. The app provides original-source and generated-file downloads; the accessibility of third-party source documents can vary.
Testing and known limits
Automated checks and desktop and narrow-screen browser reviews are part of release verification. Full screen-reader, physical-device and assistive-technology acceptance has not yet been established. We do not claim complete WCAG conformance.
If a workflow is difficult to use, contact support for help with an appropriate alternative. Do not send confidential client records to demonstrate the problem.

Email sortly@apogeeventures.ca with “Accessibility” in the subject. Include the page or task, browser, device or assistive technology, what prevented you from continuing, and the format you need. Avoid client names, account numbers and other unnecessary personal information.
